The Maryland Heights Fire Protection District is committed to providing quality community education services in the areas of fire prevention, life safety, and emergency medical care. Community education programs are generally announced through the Suburban Journals Community Calendar and this section of the districts web page. Unless otherwise noted, all classes are held at Engine House 1. To register for a program or for more information, contact the district administrative office at 298-4400. National Safety Council First Aid This
program is designed for anyone wishing to learn what to do
The Safety House is designed to teach practical lessons in life safety. Topics presented include kitchen and electrical safety, exit drills in the home (E.D.I.T.H.) and Drills At Night (D.A.N.).
